This VR555 skinning machine is capable to remove skin from meat and also make “fillets” from it. The machine is equipped with conveyor belts for the supply and removal of meat. These are easily folded and removed to assist the cleaning and washing of the model. It is easily transferred around the working area because of its four (4) wheels.
