Capacity
Depends on product type, but for a normal customer who produces doner kebab, a comfortable load by using the PZ 1000L Mixer machine would be 425-450 KG. “This is due to the initial mixing of the loose material which tends to filter from the gap between the cover and bowl , however if the machine was a PZV ( vacuum ) this would not occur and the load could be increased.” ( Chas Hershaw, WFMsystems – UK Partner )

Mixing Time
Once again this would depend on the ingredients the producer is using ie oils, spices but from experience with doner kebab mixing time is anywhere from 20 – 35 minutes . Another bearing on the mixing time is how the product is being further processed ie with kebab more people are using vacuum fillers to fill casings on a table rather than hand making with lamb breast between the portions , when using a vacuum filler they are mixing for less time as over mixing causes the finished product to collapse when being cooked .
Product Temp
Usually the kebab manufacturers are flaking frozen blocks at -10 to -14 ( take a look at the range of our Flakers ) then grinding at 3mm, so we would say product temp is usually about -1 to -3 , once mixed it is usually coming out the mixer at 0 to 1 degree.
Speed
Most of our customers are now looking at 1000 litre mixers, as they have mostly changed the further process ie. using vacuum fillers to form the kebab ( vacuum filler can fill casings of 30 – 50 kg in less than a minute so the bottleneck is the mixing process ( vacuum filler waiting for product ) ??

Can be produced
- Fully closed (when powders or liquid products need to be blended)
- With opening for aeration of the mixture when necessary.
- With water insection for delicate and high production volume type of products.
- Foldiry – when ?……? are not allowing the complete opening.
Extra Tips**
- ZARM main support foot is equipped with double bin (2 x 200lt) emptying arm. This opens and accomodate 2 bins together so when product falls it falls evenly inside them.
- Outside the machine you have 2 buttons for product emptying, a user friendly control – (not expensive to replace when needed ) fit to more in food production areas environments.
- All functions – movements are engraved ( so they can not be erased with passing of time ) on the main control panel.
- All greasing nipples are external with special indication so maintenance and service can be done easily .
