PLV1800L

The PLV1800L Industrial Food Mixer is a heavy-duty stainless steel mixer designed for large-scale food processing. With a 1800-liter mixing bowl, it is ideal for high-volume production in the food industry, including meat processing and ready-meal manufacturing.

The mixer features two paddle-shaped mixing arms that ensure uniform and gentle mixing, even for dense or high-moisture products. A heavy-duty stainless steel cover with a rubber sealing band provides an airtight closure for vacuum mixing applications.

Fast and efficient discharge is achieved through two front product outlet doors operated by a pneumatic system, reducing emptying time and preventing over-mixing. The top bowl cover opens hydraulically, ensuring safe and smooth operation.

Built for hygiene and safety, the PLV 1800 L includes a protective safety rail, side observation platform, integrated 200-liter bin loader, and a fully closed underside for easy cleaning. The machine stands on four heavy-duty rubber feet and includes a separate internal control board.

It can be equipped with water dosing system and weight control ( load cells)
