PR700 Pastirma press is a machine used for pressing and removing the moisture of meat for the production of pastirma and other meat delicatessens. The entire framework and chamber inside are made of stainless steel. It is a heavy duty; robust machine. Two hydraulic pistons move the platform that processes pastirma within the machine. The pressure can be adjusted accordingly to its user demands from 0-150 bar. The PR700 machine has a controlled breaking system allowing it to stop at any point. An electric board is used to provide power to the machine. The adjustment of pressure is done by a PLC embodied within the electric board and also with the help of a pressure stat mechanism. The PR700 pastirma press is mounted on 4 heavy duty holdings made from stainless steel and rubber. The production capacity of the machine is 1000Kg of product in 24 or 48 hours.
