Hybrid 900/160 mixer grinder is constructed to Lakidis quality standards. This combination of two (2) machines in one (1) is built to meet LAKIDIS Quality standards.
The mixer grinder is capable of a throughput of up to 2500 kg/h at optimal conditions and dependent on product. This mixer grinder is ideal for the large meat processor or supermarket / hypermarket.
Its widely used in PETFOOD production, BURGERS, NUGGETS, PUFF PASTRY Fillings, MEATLESS Food Production and FISH CUISINES. The machines comes with a standard 18 KW GRINDER MOTOR and 11 KW MIXER MOTOR and it can go up to 30KW (GRINDER) in its HEAVY DUTY versions. This setup allows the HYBRID 900/160L to process frozen food as a cold as -8ºC!
Lakidis mixer grinder also comes with a pneumatic top bowl cover opening as standard to allow continuous loading of the machine via a hoist/loader of 200lt bins. Variable speed drive is also standard in the Lakidis mixer grinder. (The option of a loader is available at an extra charge.)
Hybrid 900/160 is built to combine the benefits of a large mixer and a powerful 160mm grinder head.
The two paddles mix homogeneously the product, ensuring all elements are absorbed and simultaneously the powerful grinder cuts the frozen or fresh (meat) product to the finest quality. 3 – 4 mm end plates provide an amazing “spaghetti” look of the end product.
The grinder of our Hybrid 900/160 model can be additionally equipped with a nerve removal system ( degristle ) for even more delicious results.
