As we approach the end of the year, we would like to share our holiday operating hours and the key dates that will help you plan your production needs smoothly. At LAKIDIS S.A., we understand how important reliability is during this busy period, and we want every partner to feel supported, informed, and fully prepared.

1. Spare Parts Dispatch

To ensure timely delivery before the Holiday break, the final shipping date for spare parts is:
Friday, December 19.

During the holidays, courier networks typically experience increased volume, so some delays may occur. Any requests submitted after the cut-off date will be processed immediately once operations resume.

Holiday Hours for Spare Parts:

• Closed: December 24–28
• Open: December 29 & 30
• Closed: December 31 – January 6

We kindly encourage our partners to place their orders online in advance so that production lines continue operating without interruptions.

2. Machinery Orders

For machinery orders, project quotations, and technical evaluations, our team remains available to receive your requests throughout the holiday season. However, please note that processing and coordination will follow our operating schedule above.

What this means for you:

• Machinery orders can be submitted at any time.
• Technical reviews, confirmations, and dispatch planning will resume from January 7

The final shipping date for LAKIDIS Machinery is:
Friday, December 12.
